最近人肉搜索引擎这个概念比较热，它是指利用人工参与来提纯搜索引擎提供信息的一种机制，实际上我的理解就是通过其他人来搜索自己搜不到的东西，与知识搜索的概念差不多，只是更强调搜索过程的互动而已。搜索引擎也有可能对一些问题不能进行解答，当用户的疑问在搜索引擎中不能得到解答时，就会试图通过其他几种渠道来找到答案，或者通过人与人的沟通交流寻求答案。
