Catherine Hardwicke, director of the first movie in the Twilight Saga, has her eyes on her former leading duo, Kristen Stewartand Robert Pattinson, to hopefully star in her next two projects: Maximum Ride and If I Stay.
"Some of the projects I'm doing, they would be in a completely different world," Hardwicke revealed at the Young Hollywood Awards, MTV reports. "I'd love to do a number on them and transform them." Again.
Maximum Ride tells the tale of half human, half bird hybrid teens in a fantasy film that is much in the same vein as the Twilight genre. Likewise, If I Stay would place Stewart in the role of a 17-year-old musician who, after a nasty crash, has an out-of-body experience resulting in her choosing life or death.
