After watching this movie,I was deeply impressed with its plots and the performences acted by the actorDustin Hoffman and the little boy Justin henry.Furthermore, it perfectly reflects the present family conflicts which do exist nowadays.........
Men are used to be considered as the workaholic creature since they are the bread hunter of each family...By the same token to Ted...He was just such a hard working person that he couldn't realize his family conflicts had been so serious that his wife decided to leave him as well as her beloved son....However, through trial and error, he finally could build a life together with his son Billy.I think it can be a touch job to a man ascribe to that being a good parent,it has to do with constancy,patience,listening,confidence as well as love.What's more,the stereotypes of our society have forced us to think that man is naturally not a better parent than woman.But we can see that,Ted had proved that was wrong,and he eventually found that the loving relationship between Billy and him would be unshakable and eternal......
Generally speaking, the victim of the depressive household is the child...Billy was confused about his mother's leaving,hurt by the parents' separation,unsatisfied to the life with his daddy who even had no idea about how to make breakfast...
