08年NME大力推荐的New Noise,曾经在NME今年的翻唱专辑中小试身手了一把。比起同样是两人乐队，也同样是08年的期待新声的Crystal Castles，他们的电子玩的更贴合大众。《Great DJ》已经为他们积攒了不少人气，且MV让人捧腹的搞笑味道又让人印象深刻。

由吉他手兼主唱Katie White和鼓手Jules De Martino组成的The Ting Tings从小深受Blondie、Tom Tom Club和Talking Heads的熏陶，作品中能嗅出阵阵80年代新浪漫气息，自然脱颖而出。而Katie White的俏皮女声仿佛和Kate Nash当初给我的感觉一样，都是不一般的才女。而且作品中也不乏时下流行的复古元素，还有那抹清新的小电味。随性的节拍，随意的哼唱，带给我们的却是激情的震撼，算是08年比较难得的一股新声力量。
